With a background in petroleum engineering and a master’s degree in finance, he bridges the gap between complex field operations and high-level business planning. His leadership is rooted in clear execution, systems thinking, and a commitment to operational excellence.

He has led multidisciplinary teams through ambitious growth phases, implemented data-driven performance frameworks, and helped shape the company’s long-term roadmap. His strength lies in translating strategic goals into scalable, real-world systems, ensuring alignment across technical, financial, and human capital resources.

He has worked in engineering, operations, business development, and management segments of the Oil & Gas industry over the past 15 years. Mohammed has a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Finance from Tulane University.
